If I were to give you only a single piece of advice, a single nugget of hard-earned wisdom, the prime driver of entrepreneurial success, it would be this:
Focus on your product.
Build something which solves a real problem for your customers. Something which creates value. And build it in a way which is superior to the status quo.
By focussing on your product, chances are the rest will come.
Focussing on any other aspect of your business (the business model, the price, the brand, the logo, the office) without building a superior product will land you inevitable in a land of hurt.
