As much as we need to focus on building truly outstanding products with great features — there is a deeper truth to building massively successful products.
It’s a simple, yet often overlooked insight:
The best products and services in the world don’t simply invite people to say “this is awesome”; they remind people how great they themselves are.
Adhere to this advice and don’t fall in love with your product but your user. The better you make them feel about themselves (by using your product), the more they will love your product.
Don’t fall in love with your product. Fall in love with your user instead.
