“What does winning look like?”
A seemingly simple question which every entrepreneur should be able to answer in a heartbeat. And yet — answering this question, with the conviction of someone who has really thought this through, is hard. And as obvious as it sounds — it’s also a question which a lot of founders can’t fully answer.
Take some time to figure this out. Everything you do will become so much clearer and so much easier once you have the answer. And do yourself a favor and don’t just brush over it with a semi-nonsensical answer such as “we have 100% marketshare”. The world is much more nuanced than that.
And once you have it — make sure you communicate it. In simple words (if a 6 year old can’t understand it — it’s not simple enough). Over and over again.
