My dear friends from the Unreasonable Institute have a set of values which they codified on their website. When you look closely you will see that their fundamental value, the one all the other values are based upon, is: Celebrate — Remember to Dance.
It’s a value I hold dearly — not only because I believe it’s essential to success but also because it’s one of the things we tend to forget in the heat of the battle.
With that being said: Grab a bottle of Champagne (or whatever your drink of choice is) next time you hit a milestone, released a new version of your product, closed a deal or someone just did something wicked cool and celebrate!
Run hard. But also remember to dance!
